Incident situations can occur any time and at any place. They demand efficient (fast and reliable) intervention. As in many cases the  injured person's life depends on the quality of the intervention, the service should be realized in the fastest and the most reliable way.

The Iskratel Emergency Services Suite (ESS) enables accurate information sharing and the coordination of teams involved in the incident interventions. This include the intervention organization teams and the field staff.

eCIS (Emergency Communication and Information System) is the key system of the Iskratel ESS solution. It enables the efficient organization of the intervention and the removal of the incident (crises) consequences.

eCall Node is a scalable, flexible and future-proof platform suitable for upgrading existing PSAPs with eCall functionality. Providing advanced features eCall Node is also fit for cloud service models and provision of value added services on top of eCall.
